Talent Pool Recruitment 2025
We are excited to announce that our September 2025 Talent Pool will be launched during the National Apprenticeship Week.
From 10 February to 12 May, the Apprenticeships Team will be advertising four Talent Pools for our most popular programmes:
- Level 2 Finance or Accounts Assistant
- Level 3 Business Administrator
- Level 3 HR Support
- Level 3 Information Communications Technician
These roles will be advertised on the Find an Apprenticeship government website as well as on the University Apprenticeships vacancies page, with a direct link to the government site.
For our Talent Pool intake, applicants will submit ONE application through the Find an Apprenticeship site, along with their CV and we'll take it from there!
Our recruitment process is as follows:
- Initial Screening: Your application will be reviewed against the entry criteria.
- Assessment & Eligibility: Candidates who meet the criteria will be contacted by the Training Provider for assessment and eligibility checks.
- Job Role Matching: We'll send you matching job opportunities based on your area of interest.
- Opt-In Consent: To be considered for specific roles, you'll need to opt in and give consent for your application to be shared with the relevant department.
- Department Review: Departments will receive your application and decide who they would like to interview.
- Interview Invitation: If you're selected, you will be contacted directly by the department to arrange your interview.
All other apprenticeship roles will be advertised separately on our Apprenticeships vacancies page, where candidates will be required to submit an individual application for each role.
